Growing: USDA zone 5b through 9b. Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape, pillar or shrub. Hardy. Vigorous. Can be grown as a shrub. Can be trained as a climber. Prefers cool sites. Suitable for a pillar. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection). Can be grown as a climber in mild climates.
